Spanish Omlette Potatoes-1 Tomatoes-1 Onions-1 Capsicums-1 Pepper powder Eggs -2 Method Heat oil in Pan and add potato and fry for few minutes. Now add nicely cut onions and tomatoes and sauté for few minutes. Add capsicums cut finely and again sauté. Now break two eggs into the bowl and whisk the egg mixture well. Add this egg mixture in the pan and let it cook. Add salt as needed. Serve when done.

Take shredded cheddar cheese in a bowl,add maida,corn flour,coriander leaves,Pepper powder,chilli pwdr,salt,cumin pwdr add little water to mix the flour..make small balls and fry till golden brown...it's good for tea snacks...

Chicken 65  Chicken breast -2 Red chili-20  Garlic and ginger-1pod and 2inch  Vineger11/2tsp All purpose-1tbsp Corn flour -1 tsp Rice flour- 1tsp Egg-1 Oil- 3tsp ground pepper (optional) Method Cut the chicken and put the oil mix it well then ground all the above ingredients to a paste without adding water. Mix it wel with the chicken and marinate to two hours or over night is good. And deep fry it in the oil.enjoy it with onions and lemon wedges

Goddess Durga, Saraswati and all other 10's and thousands of Goddess  forms an integral part in these  nine days, each day food is specially prepared and given as a prasadam or neivaidhyam to the God. .        Sakkarai Pongal Recipe     Ingredients Plain rice-1 cup Moong dal -1/2 cup Jaggery or Jaggery powder-1cup Edible camphor-Few little blocks. a little salt to prevent over sweetness Roast Moong dal in Skillet.Soak rice and Moong dal in water for 30 mins. Cook the rice and dal in the cooker for 3 to 4 whistles. let it cool, and then open and mash the mixture nicely. Meanwhile, take jaggery in a pan and add water 2 cups and let it come to a boil. After the jaggery is boiling, pour the jaggery into the rice-dal mixture
