Hi all welcome to my food blog,Well I am a foodie,I love biryani, popcorn shrimp, and any veggie dishes espl karakulambhu...

I am ...a foodie, anything in the name of good food, I am sure to be there... I love Biryani, oooh the aroma, the spices, and the flavors ... they just play with your senses. Actually, Biryani uses all or most of our five senses... Touch, Smell, Seeing, and Taste. It's the ultimate Indian dish... I can relate to biryani from childhood days, as a dish my mom  used to make so so...well. Mom used to make the flavorful biryani with chicken and also mutton  and the fragrance of the Basumathi rice used to fill our entire home. Biryani is like a comfort food for me and there are many nice memories, linked to every time I ate biryani...
